Free cancellation
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour start time for a full refund of the tour price paid to us.
Inside 24 hours
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable, unless we agree otherwise in writing for exceptional circumstances.
